Cocktails - Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird

45ml Skerries Dark rum

45ml pineapple juice

30ml Campari

15ml lime juice

15ml simple syrup

 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into ice filled glass and garnish with pineapple slice and pineapple leaf.
