Cocktails - Anglesey Swizzle

Anglesey Swizzle

60ml Penmon White rum

45ml Vanilla liqueur (we used liquor 42)

45ml pineapple juice

15ml lime juice, 30ml simple syrup

Peychauds/Angostura bitters

3 slices cucumber & 2 strawberries

 Muddle the strawberries and cucumber at the bottom of a shaker with simple syrup, add the rest of the ingredients, add in a few dashes of bitters and shake briefly. Pour into ice filled glass and swizzle the cocktail with a bar-spoon to create some froth. Garnish with cucumber slice.
